ABOUT:

Gisela Ermel was born in Bebra, Northern Hesse, where she attended secondary school until graduation “Mittlere Reife”. After a year at a nursery school in Detmold, she studied at the Conservatory of Music in Kassel and Göttingen – focus on baroque music – graduated as a state-certified music teacher for piano and recorder.

During her studies, after reading a book by Erich von Däniken , she began to study palaeo-SETI research and since 1990 has published numerous articles in various journals and magazines, and since 1996 also books.

By raising her daughter alone, traveling to archaeological sites in other countries was not possible; instead, she specialized in source research and spent every spare minute in libraries and libraries, receiving rare and old textbooks from all over the world, and reading through countless traditions and myths of many peoples and countries.

Her special interests include the unsolved mysteries of the past, comparative mythology and mysterious artifacts such as the so-called Tilma of Guadalupe or the Turin Shroud. Since 1998, the author has been a speaker at several one-day meetings of the AAS (Archeology, Astronautics and SETI Research Society) and presented topics such as shamanism, space-time gates, the sacred bundle of the Aztecs and others.
