ABOUT:
I have been involved in the landscape masonry business since 1972. Since moving to Southern California in 1999 I have exclusively devoted my time to producing stone sculpture, fire pits, fountains, and stone furniture from native rocks and boulders. I love functional art and items that add surprise and drama to the home and garden. I have developed a style with my stone works which I call “Primitive Modern”. I try to reach those primordial roots in all of us. [1]
A beginner’s guide to working with stone. Details the historical along with the modern tools and helpful techniques on how to use them.
